Who we are

What we collect

When you send an enquiry

Our contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally a phone number and company name. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry. Nothing in that form is required beyond what is needed to reply.

If you are a client

Clients have an account for invoices and support tickets. That account holds your name, email address, billing details, the services you buy from us, and the tickets you raise. Your password is stored only as a cryptographic hash, which means we cannot read it.

Automatically, when you visit

Our web server records ordinary access logs: IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. These are used to run and secure the service -- for example to identify abuse or diagnose an error -- and are not used to build a profile of you.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site. Cookies are used only where the site cannot work without them: keeping you signed in to a client account, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. Your browser may also store your light or dark theme preference locally; that never leaves your device.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We disclose it only where we have to: to a payment processor if you pay us, to our infrastructure provider as a necessary part of hosting this site, and where the law requires it. This site's fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts that service when a page loads.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of doing business and for a period afterwards for our own records. Client account and billing records are kept for as long as the account is open and then for the period required by tax and accounting rules. Server logs are rotated and discarded on a short cycle.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@neoxify.com. Where we have to keep something -- an invoice, for example -- we will tell you what and why rather than refusing without explanation.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, administrative access requires a second factor, and access to client data is limited to the people who need it to do the work. No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say that than claim otherwise.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
